Got my car serviced very recently and i am not satisfied, not even by 25%. Firstly , they did not advise me after the service was done so I wasted whole of my day waiting their call and had to ring them to check out. Secondly, I checked my car on the spot and figured out that they did not even touch the coolant part so I had to tell them to fill up coolant… disgrace, considering the amount I paid for service over $350 , I needed to ask them to check coolant level. Thirdly, customer service is not kind and polite , they need to improve how to engage and communicate with non- mechanical customers. Lastly, I am skeptical about their charges shown on invoice , I suspect some of the tasks/charges on invoice not even done. My first and last service with this business.

I was not disappointed! They were amazing and sometimes people need to realise that owning a family and running your own business is hard work!! Don't look at the sooky la la reviews and give them a chance to find out for yourself!
