- Craig Haywood Added April 30, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Talk about beyond a bad experience! Went through drive through, got home, burgers cold and looked like a 3 yr old had the job of putting them together. Nuggets cold and looked like they had already been reheated twice before. Called and spoke to duty manager who advised that unless we were willing to drive all the way back with the trashy food or we could provide a receipt she couldn't do anything. Explained didnt get a receipt at time, but as had paid with eftpos she would be able to pull up the transaction and receipt. Duty managers words were basically "too bad so sad" then she hung up on us. Tried to call back straight away, but phone rang out. Guess that alone says it all about the service and customer care here!!!!!!!!!!!
