- David Ashton Added February 03, 2019★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆We have been going to Bill's for years for dog grooming and generally been happy. Last time we went we got a terrible cut and our dog was very unhappy on return (which is unusual). on phoning to complain they couldn't have cared less. Phoned the new owner in Sydney, a message was taken to return the call but so far nothing (4 days later). so we have walked with our feet, and will not go back.
