  Great rooms and price etc but VERY disappointed the whole of Bathurst all the way to Cowra hasn't had Gas since Wed night. Motel sends confirmation emails but fails to advise no gas... cold showers... restaurants closed coz can't cook no gas. It's dishonest and deceitful. And Bathurst International is next week & no gas for ages yet. It's hideous

  Dream hotel lovely staff especially the cleaners. Allowed us to hang out while a tyre was fixed for no extra charge. Rooms were clean tidy and.the king bed was awesome

  Management, it's odd to use that word when discussing these people, management have no interest... Management just feels so wrong, I mean I conjures up images of well management, you know people managing stuff like organising and being responsible and committed you know like a "manager". I didn't see a manager, management staff member or even an office staff member my whole stay. My stay was booked online billed online and when I arrived and checked out there was no one in the office. I required assistance and was forced to email. I called multiple times to get nothing or we'll sort it out. Yet to receive no response and the end. To then finally get a person who effectively said that would require me doing something so no. So faithful reader, if you've come this far, just avoid this place. Not because it's dirty or overpriced just because the people there really don't care at all and have no interest in you other than as a paycheck. I really mean it, they absolutely do not so don't be fooled. They're just lazy folk trying to make an easy buck. Give your money to someone who deserves it (or at least is prepared to work for it).

  Very good, clean room and pool area. Cost for room a little high due to busy weekend of all sport in Bathurst

  Will never stay with them again. No customer service and zero interest in making any kind of effort. Office was almost completely unattended the entire time I was there. When I required their help they made it clear that they had no interest in providing any and that any effort on their part would be just too much to expect. I can't remember the last time I've been this angry about anything.

  We stopped at this motel in June. The room was very clean and comfortable. The Manager was very pleasant and friendly, I didn't realise that I had booked a budget room and he upgraded at the same price as the budget room. I tried to book another room tonight for the end of September and early October but they were all booked out. I would recommend this Motel to anyone that is planning to stop in Bathurst.

  Great place. Clean rooms, qiuck check in, warm comfy beds.. brekkie in the room.
