  Had an awesome stay here with my brother to experience the famous Bathurst track and lovely town.
  
  The room was nice and big and had a fantastic view of the track. Great little bar and nice car enthusiast theme around the place. Only downer for me was that my bed wasn’t as comfortable as I would have liked.
  
  Would highly recommend.

  The service by the staff here was second to none. The rooms were great but the outside balcony was open all along the floor so anyone in any of the other rooms could walk past your balcony window. No privacy. Other than that the room was great. The buffet breakfast was very good also and worth the price. You also get undercover vehicle secure parking. It was a bit more expensive than the other accommodation in Bathurst but it was worth it. I will go back there again. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

  Mostly good with one big disappointment. Hotel is comfortable, rooms are spacious and clean, location is amazing. Big disappointment is restaurant hours. Closing for dinner at 8pm and closing for breakfast at 9am is ridiculous for guests when you're along way out of town with nowhere else to go. Come on guys if you're serious about meeting the needs of your guests you need to offer opening hours that are more reasonable.

  Stay here each time for work. Pleasantly improved restaurant menu from the last time here.
  It was the week after the big race with everything back to normal pace. The rooms are starting to look a little tired, especially the bathroom, still clean and functional but areas like the shower seals yellowing sand black.
  Staff friendly and accommodating.

  Arrived late at night to learn that there was no gas in Bathurst and therefore no chance of a hot shower before continuing our drive the next morning. Staff were mostly concerned with explaining that this was not the fault of the motel. We understood that... however we still paid full price and were offered no compensation at all. Just a bit ordinary

  The room was clean and well appointed. The whole place was obviously sited and built-for-purpose.
  
  Location: one either likes being right on top of a race track with an amazing view and audio of several sites crucial to team success, or one doesn't. Outside race days, this iconic circuit draws would-be hot-car racers who need to do a lap ... under 60kmh, yes, but, in first gear, the turbo / supercharger and exhaust combine in a symphony to the informed, a cacophony to the uninformed...
  
  Staff gave excellent service! Food was excellent.
  
  Three complaints that are probably easily fixed:
  
  1.The lack of insect screens on the balcony door meant no fresh air and a difficult sleep. Yes, there is air-conditioning, but the room got stuffy.
  
  2.The balcony door open also meant enduring the cigarette smoke and conversations of people on other balconies. Conversations I will live with, but I thought the whole site would be smoke free?
  
  3. Parking... plenty, but there would be more usable spaces if the drivers of the very large, obviously fast and expensive cars could be persuaded to take up only one space each. Or some spaces be bigger?

  Overall the Rydges has the best view for our Mount Panorama in Bathurst. Each room faces the track with gives you the perfect view of the mountain. The customer service is lovely and accommodating when needed. The place however is in need of a referb to the rooms and an update of menu from the restaurant. It is also extremely difficult to book rooms with their availability always booked out months if not a year in advance. When we stay there it is nice to be able to not leave the room to watch the races.

  In the holidays I went to Rydges Mount Panorama Hotel for 2 days, i overall i would have to say this is a great hotel. The buffet is delicious, andd there is a variety of food to choose from, also the hotel room are very clean. There was a great outdoor pool, but the pool was ridiculously dirty from all the tree leaves that flew into the pool and covered almost half of the swimming area. But yet, this hotel is terrific, and the service and parking is terrific.

  good location next to mount Panorama. room is clean bit has a strange smell. cleaners are too eager to kick you out of the room, knocking at 930am when checkout is 10am. Pool is tiny. Have laundry facilities ++

  Excellent staff who were very helpful with our cot request and when we couldn't get the door open. Generally clean facilities (did not use the pool), but let down by cleaners leaving a large dirty bag in our room on arrival. Also a little disappointed that bottled water was not complimentary ($6 for 2 small bottles, really?). Our room had a small kitchen with oven, microwave, and hot plates complete, which was nice. Limited parking is available. Located on a prime site on the race course with excellent views. Good selections for the buffet breakfast.

  Great bar and restaurant area, helpful staff. Room was starting to show some signs of age. King bed was two singles joined together and sheets didn't seem to fit the bed
