  The waiting time to speak to customer care representative is unbelievable. This is the top 4 banks of the country and still 30 mins to pick up a call for credit card issue.
  Will this be improving in future ?

  All of the staff are incredibly rude and not helpful at all. We were treated like we were an inconvenience to them and they acted like they didn’t want to be there. You would think, considering they have a new building, they would be happy to come to work. Not at all impressed about the customer service we received

  whilst most of the staff are friendly, the wait in line meant i pretty much had no lunch break left, thanks guys. please get an automatic deposit machine like orange ASAP, the wait is beyond a joke

  Commonwealth bank posts quarterly billion dollar profits yet every time you go into the bank there will be up to 10 customers waiting and lucky if the bank has 2 of its 6 tellers open . Usually only 1 of 6 is operating .
  Big fail on customer service .
  Add this to 9:30am-4pm trading hours weekdays and no hours for weekends .
  Can see how the profits are made
