    Really a shining example of Telstra's commitment to their customers.
    Upgraded my Samsung S9+ (yes S9 - thats how long i've had it) deciding to treat myself and grabbed a Samsung Zflip4 on a plan. Within 1 month after being in some slightly tight fitting jeans the screen failed and would no longer open. After coming in to this store i was told "this is why you don't buy these" and told there is nothing i can do as i didnt also purchase extended care. The thing was 1 MONTH OLD. I now have a $1000 paperweight i am paying off monthly, which you sell through your company and YOUR OWN STAFF ARE SAYING BREAK PREMATURELY. I now have to go through fair trading to try and get some sort of result.
    Absolutely DISGUSTING treatment, your staff have no device knowledge and the general attitude is to try and get you out of the shop as quickly as possible. Once this plan has finished i will never purchase anything through Telstra ever again. The absolute worst bunch of people you will ever deal with. 0/10

    I can only judge this place by the obnoxious person (with nose ring) who has a lousy attitude and whose job appears to be to tell customers to go away and use the app. That was the advice she gave the person in front of me. His response was to ask if he could cancel his service via the app, and she said he could! It was then my turn for her treatment. I explained difficulties with my NBN speeds and she had zero interest in helping me. All she told me to do was use the app or call a 13 number. Getting nowhere, I asked to speak to a manager. She refused to entertain that idea or give me their contact info. I asked her how to complain and she told me to call the 13 number and say “complaints”. I guess she gets that question a lot! I told her I would be looking for another provider. She told me to go to Optus or TPG. She has no concept of customer service and behaves more like a bouncer than a greeter. In the space of less than five minutes she lost Telstra two customers. Whoever is managing this place needs to sort this out.

    I needed a replacement SIM, and Telstra online chat advised me to go to a Telstra store, and it was quick to replace. I rang the store many times, left 2 messages and no one called me back. I then drove to the store, not a quick trip. I was advised I had to make a booking online, in fact I was asked 'why did I not make a booking online'! I asked why are you not answering calls, and was told there is an issue with the phone system and they are under staffed. TELSTRA. Fix this. UPDATE THE PHONE RECODED MESSAGE to tell people to go online and make a booking, and explain NOT to leave a message. THIS IS CRAZY, people are coming to the store all to be told to make a booking. There were at least 6 people in front or behind me, all with similar stories and totally frustrated with Telstra Bathurst. One elderly woman had driven an hour, after her calls were not being returned, and they told her to come back 5 hours later! An elderly gentleman got there at 1.30pm, however there was a sign stating the store was closed until 3pm. He waiting until 3pm to be told his booking was made for another day. Staff here are overwhelmed and doing their best, especially Kieren. But Telstra this is a disgusting way to treat your valued customers.
    Do something, at this point is seems you really don't care.

    One star because this format doesn't have negative numbers.
    I lived in Morocco for a couple of years and this 3rd world country has faster internet and better customer service. Sad Telstra very sad.

    Can’t rave enough about the outstanding service I had today. The young gentleman had my phone fixed in 5 seconds. He was so polite and explained everything to me.
