  DO NOY USE THIS ALTERATION SHOP!
  took in 3 pair of work trousers to get taken in the waist and the leg, lady in such rush and pin pin pin hurry hurry ,
  when I collected pants they had been taken in the leg similar to a pair of skinny jeans , I can't even crouch down in them and to sit down you have to pull hem up . Mind you this cost $140, never never again.
  normally go to Taylor in mascot and will definitely wait for hm to reopen after Christmas break,.

  I do not normally write negative reviews because even if I receive bad service as I usually give the benefit of the doubt or simply accept it. However this store has exceeded my personal threshold of poor service, quality and communication that I feel highly obligated to write this detailed review.
  I have previously been to this alterations store once to hem my trousers and the quality of work as well as thread colour was not up to my expectations however I accepted it and moved on.
  The second (and definitely my last) time I asked the lady to hem a simple T-shirt, another simple procedure that any store alteration should be able to complete to a presumably high standard. The T-shirt was a good quality and decently priced shirt, bought brand new and certainly undamaged.
  I asked the lady if I could look at the thread they would be using so I would be happy with the thread colour this time around, however she dismissed me saying that they always pick the most appropriate thread colour.
  The turnaround of the alteration was admittedly quick however upon picking up the T-shirt, I noticed that there was clearly 2 noticeable and apparent holes that goes through the front to the back of the shirt, which resembles a sewing needle puncturing through. I noted the holes to the lady, however she was quick to disregard it and refused to admit fault or responsibility. They suggested that perhaps I had damaged it from wear before I handed them the shirt. However as the shirt was brand new, opened only hours ago from its original packaging, I stated that it was unlikely and that I would have seen such apparent holes from the very beginning. They have refused to apologise or provide any sort of compensatory actions and rudely retreated to their work area at the back and ignored me. I had to ask the lady twice to come back out to the front in order to communicate and sort out the situation. The quality of the hemming was also significantly below my expectations.
  
  From my experience, they are unable to proficiently complete quality standard alterations and keep basic care of customer's clothing up to my expectations. I will not be returning or trusting this store with performing alterations on any of my clothes again.

  The woman who runs this shop is absolutely vile to deal with. She is beyond rude - I paid $105 for 5 items to be dry cleaned (did not know at the time this was a total rip off) it came back unclean and definitely unironed. On telling her this is not acceptable for the price I’ve paid she proceeded to tell me none of it could be ironed (it can and I showed her the labels). She put me on the phone to a man who told me he would redo it. I left it there. Went back another two weeks later and it’s not been touched. She proceed to tut at me and shoo me away, arguing with me about the same thing it can’t be ironed. She was disgustingly rude and I would not recommend this place to anyone. A rip off and disgusting and rude customer service. Good luck staying in business carrying on like that
